With EN 9100 certification, Kappa is still a rarity in the camera world. Our proven, outstanding quality structures identify us as a qualified camera partner in the aviation industry, even for safety-critical applications that are subject to regulatory approval.

In 2017, there were significant revisions and modifications to the EN 9100 und ISO 9001 standards, such as those relating to risk assessment. Due to these changes, aviation companies had to pass much more comprehensive audits in 2017 than in previous years in order to obtain and/or maintain certification.

Together with external auditors (TÜV Süd), Kappa Quality Management has routinely conducted this audit as well. The renewed certificates are available to download on the website.
