At Kappa optronics the year is shaped by realignment.

Following the strategic expansion of the portfolio with the acquisition of Erlangen-based Schmid Engineering GmbH and the entry of Kappa CEO Johannes Overhues and CSO Sebastian Vreemann as co-shareholders, key roles at Kappa headquarters have been reassigned. Franziska Holst takes over as commercial director. Human Resources Manager Patricia Glanz has been granted the special statutory authority (Prokuristin).
